La humitat a les parets dels garatges<\/strong> \u00e9s m\u00e9s comuna del que un pot arribar a imaginar. Es troba sobretot en edificis constru\u00efts els anys 50, 60 o 70. Moltes vegades no hi ha una correcta impermeabilitzaci\u00f3 de la fonamentaci\u00f3, per aix\u00f2 la humitat ascendeix sense trobar cap obstacle, veient-se efectes com el revestiment deteriorat.<\/p>\n

  • Filtraci\u00f3 d’aigua<\/strong>: tal com una bretxa d’aigua procedent d’una deu. Si hi ha una filtraci\u00f3 “f\u00edsica” que no provingui de la pluja s’haur\u00e0 de mostrar una atenci\u00f3 especial, ja que pot afectar l’estructura de l’edifici.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
