En l&#8217;inici d&#8217;aquest any 2021 estem notant, m\u00e9s que mai, les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de les baixes temperatures. El problema arriba quan la nostra casa o oficina no estan ben a\u00efllades, el que afavoreix l&#8217;<strong>aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;humitats<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el post d&#8217;avui volem donar-te alguns consells perqu\u00e8 aquesta situaci\u00f3 no arribi a produir-se. Per\u00f2, no et preocupis, perqu\u00e8 si ja fos tard, pots contactar amb empreses com la nostra, amb m\u00e9s de 25 anys d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia en el <\/span><strong>tractament de <a href=\"https:\/\/hydrotec.es\/humedades-en-el-hogar-cuales-son-las-mas-comunes\/\">tot tipus de humitats<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><b>Qu\u00e8 hauries de fer?<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ventila espais i evita que es produeixi <strong>humitat per condensaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2, a m\u00e9s, ja ho hem de fer per evitar l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 al <strong>Covid-19<\/strong>, com et vam explicar <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/hydrotec.es\/la-importancia-de-la-ventilacion-ante-el-covid-19\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en un post anterior<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Controla que la temperatura interior sigui la recomanada, ni molt freda ni massa elevada. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/actitudecologica.com\/temperatura-de-confort-cual-es-temperatura-ideal-casa\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A l&#8217;hivern, la temperatura ideal \u00e9s de 21\u00baC<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">A\u00eflla les parets amb materials a\u00efllants (pladur, c\u00e0meres d&#8217;aire interm\u00e8dies, pintura t\u00e8rmica). <strong>La impermeabilitzaci\u00f3<\/strong> t&#8217; evitar\u00e0 problemes futurs amb les humitats.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Utilitza productes de neteja espec\u00edfics contra la floridura (vinagre, lleixiu, alcohol o productes espec\u00edfics de venda en supermercats).<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">Si t&#8217;agraden les plantes, escull aquelles que <strong>absorbeixin la humitat<\/strong>: lliri de la pau, palmera bamb\u00fa, falguera babil\u00f2nic, heura, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Per qu\u00e8 un deshumidificador no \u00e9s la soluci\u00f3<\/h3>\n<p>Quan patim <strong>problemes d&#8217;humitat<\/strong> a casa, el primer que pensem \u00e9s en utilitzar un deshumidificador &#8211; aquest petit aparell electr\u00f2nic que recull l&#8217;aire humit d&#8217;una habitaci\u00f3 amb elevats \u00edndexs d&#8217;humitat, i elimina part de l&#8217;aigua que cont\u00e9. Aix\u00ed doncs, la funci\u00f3 b\u00e0sica de l&#8217;deshumidificador \u00e9s reduir la humitat ambiental fins al 50% -65% que recomanen els experts.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2, encara que notem que hi ha un ambient m\u00e9s sec, <strong>la humitat no arriba a desapar\u00e8ixer<\/strong>. L&#8217;origen no ha estat tractat, de manera que la humitat seguir\u00e0 estant en parets i murs.
