A l’article “Quin \u00e9s el millor tractament per a les humitats<\/a>” et vam resumir de manera esquem\u00e0tica com identificar el tipus d’humitat que pateix el teu habitatge i quin \u00e9s el seu tractament.<\/p>\n

Avui t’explicarem un cas pr\u00e0ctic en el qual\u00a0Hydrotec<\/span>\u00a0va diagnosticar i va tractar un problema d’humitat per capil\u00b7laritat<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Com diagnostiquem la humitat per capil\u00b7laritat<\/h2>\n

Fa aproximadament un parell d’anys, la senyora Isabel ens va cridar comentant que tenia taques en les parets.<\/p>\n

Per la informaci\u00f3 que ens va subministrar telef\u00f2nicament vam veure que en el seu cas la humitat no provenia del sostre. Naixia en la part baixa de les parets que donaven al pati<\/strong> amb qu\u00e8, ja durant la trucada, vam saber que podr\u00edem ajudar-la.<\/p>\n

Un dels nostres experts es va despla\u00e7ar a casa seva per a poder avaluar in situ els danys i veure que tractament aplicar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Hi havia desconxades en la pintura en la part baixa de la paret<\/strong> del menjador, i a l’habitaci\u00f3 confrontant ja comen\u00e7aven a apuntar taques fosques, que s’elevaven fins aprox. 60 cm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Com les taques es trobaven a menys d’un metre d’al\u00e7ada tot apuntava al fet que es tractava d’humitat per capil\u00b7laritat<\/strong>. De totes maneres, per a confirmar les nostres sospites utilitzem un hidr\u00f2metre<\/a> per a mesurar el grau d’humitat de l’interior del mur<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A la part que tocava el s\u00f2l, l’interior del mur estava xop<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 ens ho va acabar de confirmar, ens enfront\u00e0vem a un problema d’humitat per capil\u00b7laritat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Com realitzem el tractament d’humitat per capil\u00b7laritat<\/h2>\n

Una vegada localitzat el problema, vam procedir a mesurar els metres lineals de parets afectades per a fer la valoraci\u00f3 d’un tractament amb injeccions de resina<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Li presentem l’informe, i la senyora Isabel va decidir tirar endavant amb la soluci\u00f3. Volia acabar amb el problema al m\u00e9s aviat possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Els nostres especialistes van aplicar injeccions de resina a 9 cm d’al\u00e7ada del s\u00f2l i distanciades entre elles en 10 cm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

La resina aplicada s’expandeix aprox. 15 cm amb el que les aplicacions efectuades se superposen formant una barrera que impermeabilitza la base de la paret<\/strong> i impedint que la humitat ascendeixi.<\/p>\n

Amb el tractament aplicat la paret ja no anava a rebre m\u00e9s humitat<\/strong>, amb el que l’assecat era ja cosa de temps<\/strong>, per\u00f2 una paret si no fem res pot trigar fins a un any a assecar-se per complet.<\/p>\n

La senyora Isabel no volia estar amb el menjador i l’habitaci\u00f3 en aquest estat tant de temps amb el que ens va demanar una soluci\u00f3 m\u00e9s r\u00e0pida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Per tant, vam procedir a aplicar el sistema de rehabilitaci\u00f3 r\u00e0pida<\/strong>, en el qual els t\u00e8cnics de\u00a0Hydrotec<\/span>\u00a0repiquen el guix en mal estat i apliquen el morter t\u00e8cnic macropor\u00f3s, que permet la transpiraci\u00f3 de la humitat residual que cont\u00e9 la paret<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la visita de Control d’assecat<\/h2>\n

Al cap d’un mes de l’aplicaci\u00f3 vam fer una visita de Control d’assecat<\/span>, per a verificar que el mur estava sec i donar-li el vistiplau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Com el mur estava en les condicions \u00f2ptimes d’humitat, se li va lliurar a la Sra. Isabel un Informe amb el Procediment a seguir despr\u00e9s de la finalitzaci\u00f3 del tractament realitzat<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Vam tornar a veure fa uns dies a la senyora Isabel. Va passar a veure’ns, i ens va explicar que abans del tractament havia estat anys aguantant parets desconxades i taques<\/strong>, i provant tota mena de remeis casolans<\/a>, sense aconseguir encertar la soluci\u00f3 i que, gr\u00e0cies al tractament realitzat<\/strong>, no havia tornat a veure humitats a la seva casa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
